Azerbaijan market. Registration procedure of medicinal products and documents.Importation and sales of medicinal products inside Azerbaijan’s market are allowed only after carrying out the state registration procedure. Once the procedure has been successfully completed, you will get a 5 years validity certificate.
The registration is performed by the Center of Innovations and Supplies, subordinated to the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan, on the basis of an in depth expertise of the medical products and documents.
It is necessary to fill in an application form to the Center of Innovation and Supplies to begin the registration procedure.
Another application form is needed for the leaflet to be completed.
Some of the documents have to be translated into Azeri, Russian and (or) English.
Special attention must be given to both the application form and the instructions for use which must be translated into Azeri.
